In addition, it is meant to provide participants with up-to-date knowledge on various aspects of the human chemical senses not only through seminars but there will also be a focus on practical demonstrations and experiments..

 

UC Davis Applied Sensory Science and Consumer Testing Certificate Program for Distance Learners

 

Not a short course, this year-long, 4-course, web-based program goes in-depth into sensory evaluation methods and their applications. Students from around the world can learn together, as long as they have Internet access.
